Mini Meatloaf Throw Down Night with Personal Chef Alan

Delicious Cooking Classes at Leaning Ladder Olive Oil, Woodstock

Back by popular demand, Chef Alan brings all the ingredients and you make your own version of a mini meatloaf. Leaning Ladder’s own Susan and Bridget will be the judges on who makes the best meatloaf. A side dish of mashed potato gratin will be served along with a sumptuous salad comprised of baby mixed greens dressed with a dried cherry and shallot vinaigrette using Leaning Ladder’s excellent oils and vinegars. The salad is garnished with Gala apple slices and roasted walnuts. This is a fun hands on evening to test your skills making meatloaf. $45.00 per person
