We’re proud to have Sonoko Sakai, the eminent author, teacher, and noodle maker join us for a unique workshop on making udon and soba noodles by hand. In addition to the noodle making, Sonoko shares her comprehensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture to enhance the authenticity of the process and the delicious tastings that accompany the noodle production.
