We've already hit February and the hopeful resolutions made January 1st are slowly beginning to fade.

Well, hopefully not, but for some this is simply a reality.

Don't worry, though! There are plenty of great gyms and studios in the Woodstock, Vermont area that are perfect to help keep you motivated. However, if you're looking to spice up your routine and try something new, heading to a yoga or pilates studio is a great way to start.

So, grab your yoga mats and head to one of these 6 studios today!

Central Street Yoga & Meditation

Central Street Yoga & Meditation is centrally located in Woodstock offering yoga classes, individual yoga therapy and meditation workshops.

Classes and yoga therapy are offered in the style of Svaroopa® yoga.  This quiet, non-strenuous yoga focuses on “core release,” unwinding the deep spinal tension that binds the mind and body. You will learn to tap into your own healing capacity and live in a new way, with inherent strength, mobility and ease of breath, body and mind.
