Second Annual Bentleys Chef’s Night

Both Chef Scott & Chef Umansky have held pivotal positions in kitchens that have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation. Chef Umansky has done a TEDxCLE Talk as well as headlined a lecture series at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Together, they are in the process of opening their own establishment, Larder: A Curated Delicatessen & Bakery in the Cleveland area.
